I explained Scarface our way of trial-ing today, (also can read on our forum for furhter knowledge)
And he actually thought it was a good idea!

Recruits are allowed for a period of 30 days by a sponsor, and then, after 30 days, after testing a player, admins or founders decide whether to let him stay in the clan and set his level to "member" or to deny his application.

Obviously I agree, that Your way of picking members is a good idea, but at the same time our system works similarily to Yours, with the difference of tags and level set in-game

This 30-days period called "recruit" is the same as You test players who wanna join Your clan

And thank You for informing us about his trying to join Your clan
Gonna ask admins, to cancel his recruit period
